Do you breasts hurt so much sometimes that you squeal in pain when walking down stairs, brushing against furniture, rolling over in bed or jogging? The problem may be the foods you eat. You already know that saturated fat—found in butter, bacon, cheese and other meat and dairy dishes—is bad for your heart. Now research shows that it can increase breast tenderness, too. The reason? Saturated fat packs a triple-whammy: It increases inflammation, worsens water retention and raises your estrogen level, all known breast pain triggers. Easy fix: Cut down on foods high in saturated fat and save them for treat-time only.
